These drivers don’t work with anything newer than Windows XP. I heard about the Ralink option, but the only drivers I could find were for 64 bit, but I’m running 32 bit, and the ralink Driver for Linksys and Belkin Wireless Adapter? The above mentioned steps are also applicable to Windows Advertisements or commercial links.

Since not even the Linksys manufacturer bothers to update the drivers for this hardware, I’d recommend trying to get your hands on a copy of the Vista driver which is compatible with Win 7, 8.
